This portfolio serves a collection of some memorable assignments during my time at UCF. My experience with UCF's Urban & Regional Planning minor allowed me to better understand the research used by city planners and environmentalists towards the development of healthy urban areas. These classes provided information on the planning methods required to provide the foundations of cities and communities worldwide.

Kevin Lynch, in his book Image of the City (1960) , Introduced the Idea of elements which help people better understand their environments through creating mental maps. This reasearch serves as an analysis of structures in a one square mile area within Winter Park focusing on the five elements which compose mental maps: Paths, Edges, Districs, Nodes and Landmarks.
