Please respond to all questions prior to submission. Read each question carefully and make sure you fully read each option before selecting your response.  

You will have up to 3.5 hours to complete the exam in one session.

You can you a SINGLE sheet of paper as a reference but are PROHIBITED from using any additional resources, this includes, but is not limited to: textbooks, class notes, the internet, and/or any collaboration with any other person, period.

The exam is available from Tuesday, December 6th (12am) through Friday, December 9th  (11:59pm). Exams must be completed by 11:59pm on Friday, December 9th.
