Introduction to the Faculty Course Completion Plan (FCCP)

The Faculty Course Completion Plan (FCCP) is an agreement between you and your department regarding the amount of content you plan to develop by the end of IDL6543. You should have received this form by email when your participation in IDL6543 was confirmed, if you did not receive this form or have not completed it, please complete the FCCP by following the steps below before your first consultation.

If you are in the College of Community Innovation & Education, please note: 
This College may expect the entire course to be developed as a templated course to be shared with other faculty that might teach it. Upon completion of this course, you will provide the course to your department chair by forwarding an electronic archive for other faculty to use (current and adjunct). If you decide to incorporate additional content, including videos, images, and other content that personalizes it as your own course, that version of the course is one you do not have to share with the department unless you choose to do so. The course you develop and give to the Department Chair must be complete enough that another faculty member is able to teach it.

Steps to Complete this Activity

2. Fill out and sign the form and forward a copy to your chairperson
3. Submit the completed form here, prior to meeting with your instructional designer for ID Consultation #1
