This survey is designed to collect information about the course you will develop during <Replace - Course Title> as well as your experience with digital learning. You will discuss the answers to this survey during your ID Consultation #1.
Steps to Complete this Activity

Intentional Design: Student Survey
Including a participant or student survey at the beginning of the course is a great way to get to know your students. You can include questions about their prior knowledge, technology fluency, expectations for the course, and other information that may help you plan ahead and better be able to address how you will support and foster a truly inclusive, learner-centered learning community in your course.
