Please complete this survey for every member in your team. 

The Peer Evaluation has directions that should be followed. You are required to explain and justify the numerical grades you gave on the Peer Evaluation. Explanations such as “He was nice” will not be considered adequate. I will also be observing you throughout the semester and will be grading each of you using this same evaluation. My grade will be averaged in with all others to determine the final Peer Evaluation grade
