Generating AI Images in ThingLink

ThingLink includes DALL-E and Skybox integrations within UCF's Academic License, allowing you to generate 2D and 360 images directly in the platform. Due to a limited number of credits in the license, these features are currently restricted to UCF faculty and staff only. Each prompt entered deducts one credit from the account. The Faculty Multimedia Center (FMC) may disable this feature in the remaining credits become too limited for widespread use.

Instructions: Generating Images

Follow the step-by-step guides below for generating images in ThingLink:

Generate 2D Images with Dall-E

Generate 360 Images with Skybox

Open the Media Dashboard.

Click Create in the top-right corner.

Select 360 Image.

In the bottom-left, select Generate with AI.

Enter a prompt.

Open the drop menu and select a visual style for your prompt.

Click Generate.

When the 360 image is generated, you will have the option to regenerate with the same or new prompt.
Click Continue to open ThingLink's editor for this media.
