(Optional) Student Perception of Instruction Verification (Extra Credit) - offering extra credit if you completed the UCF SPI for this course

First, please go to your my.ucf.edu portal and complete the anonymous UCF Student Perception of Instruction survey for IDS 3115 for your instructor. This is separate from the Google forms survey where you are asked for your optional feedback on the course.  Then, come back and complete this one question quiz to get your extra credit. Please note that your instructor will add in the 5 points extra credit to your score by hand after you complete and submit this quiz.
