Linking Your UTA Experience to the NACE Competencies

Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to stimulate your thinking about how the roles, responsibilities, and benefits of your service as a UTA and the activities and assignments in this course contribute toward the development/advancement of the NACE competencies associated with readiness and competitiveness for the workforce, an internship, and/or graduate or professional school.

Review the benefits of serving as a UTA and read the information about the NACE competencies.
Contemplate the ways in which the activities and assignments you have completed in this course and as a UTA have contributed to the development/advancement of your competence in critical thinking, communication, teamwork, professionalism, and leadership.
