Discussion Post

Purpose

The purpose of this discussion post is to encourage you to reflect on what you learned about teams and your team player style, and to project how the development of effective teamwork skills can help you to  succeed as you prepare for your desired career and future employment.

Directions 

1. Reflect on the reading you did for this module and the results of the Team Player Style Questionnaire. 
2. Describe how you will use the assessment of your team player style now or in the future as you prepare for your desired career/future employment.
3. Discuss what information was most interesting and surprising to you and why. 
4. Share this information in an online post. 
5. Read your classmates' posts to gain perspective on this topic.

Grading

Students will receive full points (10 points) if they:

1. describe how they will use the assessment of their team player style and what information was most interesting/surprising to them (7 points).
2. reply to one post with thoughtful comments that add to the conversation (3 points).
