You cannot attend another session other than the one for which you have registered. This is group work and the groups are specifically assigned PER session. Please review the meeting dates and times for THIS section. If you cannot make a session, please consider dropping the course in order to allow another student who is willing and capable of attending to register and take the course another semester.
If you do need to miss, you can do an additional assignment ONLY if you are traveling on documented University business.

1. Remember that if you are 10 minutes late, you are NOT allowed to enter the classroom and you will not receive credit for that In-Class session. Please plan accordingly for parking issues as that is NOT an excuse to be late..this is your responsibility...not ours.
2.. Know Your Group Number - AFTER Drop/Add ends, Click on "People" in the left-hand tool bar, then click on "Work Group" in the middle of the Screen...You should now see "Work Group #" with a number...That is your Table Number for In-Class Sessions as well...Please KNOW this number when you come to class. When you enter the class, please immediately take a seat at the table with your group number. Not sitting at your table will cause you to be marked absent...this is your responsibility...not ours.
3. Bring a FULLY-CHARGED (maybe even throw your power cord in your bag when you leave home) internet-enabled LAPTOP to class that provides you access to Connect through Google Chrome. IPads and Phones do not work well at all. If you need a laptop, you can check one out from the library BEFORE class. Make certain that you know how to logon to the UCF WIFI (UCF WPA2) . ..this is your responsibility...not ours.
Bring scratch paper, a pen/pencil, calculator and any case materials you might need.
Please email us at mar3023@ucf.edu if you have any questions.
