Complete the <Replace - Course Title> Participant Survey
This survey is designed to collect information about the course you will develop during <Replace - Course Title>, your current teaching strategies, and your technology profile. You will discuss the answers to this survey with your instructional designer during your initial consultation.
To complete the <Replace - Course Title> Participant Survey, please follow the steps below:
- Open your Outlook e-mail inbox.
- Locate and open the e-mail with the subject line: <Replace - Course Title> Participant Survey Invitation.
- Select the link provided in the e-mail to open the survey.
- Read the content on the first page and then select Next to begin the survey.
- After completing the survey, select the Submit button.
Note: It will take you approximately 25 minutes to complete the survey. If you need to stop and finish the survey at a later time, select the Resume Later button. You will be prompted to enter a username and password. Your survey will be saved and can be completed later by logging in with the same username and password.
