Purpose
In Module 2: Exploring Learner-Centered Course Design, you completed drafts of of your Course Banner and Instructor Introduction. Now, we will use those elements to build your larger Student Orientation Module.
The purpose of this assignment is to build a student orientation in your development course that will help your students become familiar with the course navigation, expectations, organization, required course materials and assignments, and how they will be graded/evaluated. This is a good time to consider the needs of your students that you are aware of at this time and discipline-specific resources your students may need to be successful in your course and incorporate these into your student orientation.
