Instructions

This first program looks a bit off. Knightro is calculating the time he has after doing so many sets of exercises.  It seems like he changed all of the lines so that it will always be equal to 0.   Can you rebuild those equations?  Luckily for you, Knightro included comments on the intent of each line.
