ASSIGNMENT: (Optional) Student Perception of Instruction Verification (Extra Credit) - offering extra credit if you completed the UCF SPI for this course

First, please log in to your my.ucf.edu portal to complete the anonymous UCF SPI survey for IDS 3115 for Dr. Cadwell Bazata. This is separate from the Google forms survey where I am asking for your optional feedback on the course.  Then, come back and complete this one question quiz to get your extra credit. I would love to get a super high rate of return for students completing SPI this semester. I will add in the 5 points extra credit for this since the point value is already at 5 points---5/5 is not extra credit, but 10/5 is :-)

Additional Information: This is the survey administered through UCF and accessible through your myUCF portal. The online questionnaire includes only eleven (11) questions: 9 multiple choice and 2 open comment questions. This online evaluation information is confidential and anonymous and results will not be available to me until after grades are posted.

When you go your myUCF portal, click on the Student Center and you will see a list of all courses in which you are enrolled---you will also see a notice to complete the SPI forms for your courses. This notice will continue to appear until you complete the assessment for all enrolled courses or the evaluation period ends.

Troubleshooting - Students who do not see the option to fill out an evaluation for their classes or who have difficulty accessing the form should contact the Service Desk at (407) 823-5117, via e-mail at servicedesk@ucf.edu, or via the web at http://servicedesk.ucf.edu.
