Week 9: Senior Leadership Presentation

Your team has completed your first draft of the Patient Safety Strategic Plan.

This Week's Assignment: 

• Present your final plan to the leadership team using the Discussion Board. Only one person per group needs to submit your plan for review. 
• Include your references and any attachments, such as infographics, charts, graphs, etc., that will help to provide visual reinforcement for your recommendations. 
• Respond (individually) to at least one group with suggestions for any recommendations they may have missed. Provide references for any suggestions you make.
• Plan to use the feedback received to finalize your Patient Safety Strategic Plan, due to 24/7.
