Assignment - Patient Safety

For these coming four weeks you will have to complete one quiz, one discussion board and submit a patient safety strategic plan. Please follow directions -- under  weeks 8 - 13 -- to complete the Discussion Board and Strategic Plan.

Take the quiz#4, which covers Chapters 8 & 9 and include multiple-choice questions.

Complete Discussion Board - you will participate in a discussion forum to demonstrate understanding of patient safety leadership.

Application Activity - you will work in small groups and complete a Patient Safety Strategic Plan.
