► Brand Management: Leads Universal Creative brand team. Point of contact between Universal Creative, Universal Parks & Resorts, NBCUniversal and Comcast divisions.
► Executive Visibility: Leads strategy and initiatives for executive visibility, partnering with internal and external groups as needed.

Adora is a respected media strategist and communications executive, passionate about story-telling through production, PR, marketing, social media, strategic communications, and working with media-savvy talent.

At Celebrity Cruises, she oversees media and PR strategy for the first female President & CEO of a publicly-traded cruise line, raising visibility for the Celebrity Cruise and Royal Caribbean portfolio of experiences. She works hand-in-hand with the executive team to enhance the Celebrity guest experiences through PR, exclusive events, high-profile partnerships and leadership initiatives across all brand verticals amplifying global visibility.

Prior to Celebrity, Adora co-founded Media 2X3, providing talent management and personality-brand building to celebrities, CEO’s and subject matter experts. She also co-founded LA-based Media-Savvy Productions, creating and producing a range of content and popular media-coaching division.

As Showrunner and Executive Producer, she co-created Crossing Over with John Edward and sold numerous TV shows while overseeing day-to-day production including the entertainment newsroom for TV Guide Channel covering film, television, music, and sports.

A credentialed executive coach, Adora is a media coach, corporate trainer, workshop facilitator and proudly earned her Nickelodeon-given nickname, "The Fame Coach." She is passionate about media & presentation coaching having worked closely with many main-stage TED/TEDx speakers, TED Fellows and as a Co-Organizer of TEDx Orlando.
