Completion reports will show your quiz scores for the completed lessons. Points awarded will be directly correlated with your first attempt score on the quiz.

Points available per lesson, with two lessons due each week:

• 5/5 Questions = 100% (10 pts)
• 4/5 Questions = 80% (8 pts)
• 3/5 Questions = 60% (6 pts)
• 2/5 Questions = 40% (4 pts)
• 1/5 Questions = 20% (2 pts)
• 0/5 Questions = 0% (0 pts)

To access your score report: Go to the ed2go.com log in, and right after you log in you can choose "Enter", "Orientation", or "Report". Choose "Report" to show your quiz scores and then save the page as a PDF. Upload the PDF document showing your scores for Lessons 9 & 10 here to receive credit. I must be able to see your name and scores on the same report in order to receive credit.
