Exam 1

Here's the first exam of the semester. It covers Grammar basics, IPA, *PIE, Germanic, and Old English. 

While I've tried to make it as much like an in-person exam as possible, one crucial difference is this: since it's an online test, I'm declaring it an open note/open book test. So feel free to take the exam with those resources handy. 

However, I am putting a time limit on the exam, so use yours wisely! Don't spend too much time on any one question. You will have one attempt on it (just like a face-to-face exam). 

Oh, also note that the exam will be available to take ONE TIME from Feb 17th-18th, midnight to midnight. So you've basically got a 48 hour window to take the 75 minute exam when it's most convenient for you. It's a good idea to ensure you'll not be interrupted, so plan carefully!
