During Class

During this face-to-face session, you will:

• compare your list of unique challenges and pressures associated with serving as a UTA with one of your classmates, and share your ideas with the class as part of a think-pair-share exercise.
• work in assigned groups to determine the approach you would take to handle a situation involving a fictitious student. Read the assigned scenario and put your teamwork and communication skills to work to address the questions and determine the actions you would take. Be prepared to report your team's decision to the class and to ask the class for their feedback and ideas.
