After Class

1. Reflect on the qualities/characteristics we discussed associated with the effectiveness of UTAs. Select two qualities/characteristics that you think are essential to your effectiveness as a UTA in your assigned course, why you selected these, and what you have done/plan to do to demonstrate these qualities. Share this in an online post. 
2. Consider how the qualities/characteristics we discussed and the behaviors associated with immediacy might contribute to your professional development/future career goals. Share your thoughts in an online post.
3. Read your classmates' posts to gain perspective on their views and approaches to being effective in their role as UTAs and their perceptions of how qualities/characteristics we discussed and the behaviors associated with immediacy contribute to their professional development/future career goals.
4. Reinforce your memory of behaviors associated with immediacy by playing the Immediacy Behaviors Quiz (optional extra credit).
