E-mail Etiquette is an essential skill within the workforce. Your communication is a direct reflection of you. Inappropriate writing styles can create problems within the workplace. Please review the following articles and respond to the questions within the quiz for an opportunity to earn up to 10 points of extra credit. The system will auto-grade but I will need to enter points for you manually once you complete it. I will add a comment once the points have been added to your grade. You have 30 minutes to answer 10 questions. They are multiple choice and true/false format.
