What are your Red Flags?

Project SWOT

Each of you has dreams, goals and things you want to accomplish in your careers and in your lives. As you look to graduation, I'd like you to think about your future plans and identify your Red Flags. Red Flags are the things that worry you or the things you think may be obstacles to your success. They are typically the W's and the T's in a SWOT. First, list your Red Flags. Then tell me what specific things you can do or steps you can take today, tomorrow, next month, etc. to better position yourself to overcome them (short action plan).
