The following quiz contains 10 questions based on the following Lecture topics:
- Introduction to Animal Diversity (Chapter 27)
- Invertebrates (Chapter 28)
- Vertebrates (Chapter 29)
This corresponds to the edited sections from Chapters 27-29 from OpenStax Biology 2nd Edition as discussed in Module Animal Diversity.
This quiz is intended to help you learn along the way and as such you are welcome to use the text and lecture notes to help you find the right answers.
The quiz is un-timed, but you have only one (1) attempt.
We do ask you to take the quiz by yourself! This way it will help you study and prepare for the upcoming exam.
This quiz is due on Sunday, March 8, 2020. It is available for one week, opening 8:00 AM on Monday, March 2 and closing again on 11:59 PM Sunday, March 8.
Important: There are NO makeups or excused absences for missed quizzes (unless a student can provide documentation affecting them longer than 1 week, e.g. extended hospitalization, sequestered jury duty, etc. that prevented computer access.)
- If you miss taking a quiz, you will receive a zero (0) for that quiz’s grade. Therefore, do NOT wait until the last minute to take the quiz.
- Technical or internet difficulties will NOT be accepted as an excuse for missing quizzes.
- Your lowest (1) quiz grade will be dropped from your final grade
