Introduction 

This week we will wrap up our online content sections.  You will read two content sections. For the first section, a brief but important section discussing accessibility in online courses and Canvas Apps (LTIs) to integrate resources and tools.  You will also cover the importance of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. Week 8 will also include a Peer Review session that will provide you with an opportunity to present your course and module to a small group, ask questions, and receive feedback. You will also have the ability to provide feedback to participants and their development courses.

Learning Objectives

  • Define the services available to online faculty from <Replace -  Department Name> Resources and  <Replace -  Institution Name> Resources
  • Develop content using resources and site source/creative commons appropriately.
  • Create online course materials that are accessible to all students.

Assignments Overview

This week you will complete the online peer review activity. You should have a draft of your instructor or course introduction, syllabus, schedule, course expectations, and at least one module in your online course prior to the Week 8 Peer Review activity.
